Before beginning any work, we will inspect the property together and agree on both tasks and expectations. During the walk around, PPS will also identify potential issues that may need attention. Prior to departing, a final walk around is completed with you to ensure you are happy with the outcome. If your needs and expectations aren't fully met, you don’t pay for the service.
